We recently published a custom Action Center done by a Twitter user which was quite interesting, but now we have an image of the real Action Center that is meant to be included in Windows 10X, and as you’re about to see, it’s quite different to the standard Action Center that we have known for some time now in Windows 10.
Interestingly, the display brightness bar is replaced and the only physical bar available for adjusting is the soundbar. If that seems daunting to you, Microsoft may change its mind before the official release or it may be left out for a reason such as it’s going to be located in another convenient area.
On a positive note, the new notifications section at the top of the Action Center looks very nice. No longer are the notifications at the very top of the Action Center; and they’re also separated from the rest of the quick settings.
Another good feature of this updated Action Center is the ability to get access to the settings directly from the bottom of the Action Center, beneath the quick settings.
We aren’t sure what Microsoft is thinking by not offering the option to adjust the screen brightness, but our guess is if it isn’t included in the Action Center it’s because it will be somewhere else nearby.
