DESCRIPTION

The porntube.com homepage looked like a premium porn site the way it had a large featured banner on a slider. However, on the first slide was a button that said Get Free Access. So was this going to be a premium site or a free site? The fact that it says I need to get access before it becomes suggests to me that it is going to be a site that requires an account to be created before I can use it, which also means it’s going to need a credit card and at some stage turn into a paid site, perhaps after a promotion. When I clicked on a video thumbnail on the homepage, the content was locked before a paywall and it became clear to me that this was a premium porn site. I have two SEO issues porntube.com so far: (1) it says the word “tube” in the domain name and it is not a tube site like many porn directories think it is; and (2) it claims I can get free access when I can’t get free access to this site’s content. I don’t recommend being misleading and trying to deceive users because the way they interact with your content determines how well you rank in search engines.

As of December 2023, porntube.com has 7.037 million monthly views (8.1 million Dec 2022), according to Similar Web. The Wayback Machine estimates that porntube.com was founded on July 2, 2006. The Internet Archive has saved porntube.com 7,110 times between July 2, 2006, and February 20, 2023. The Wayback Machine shows porntube.com started getting crawled in mid-2006 and continued to be crawled similarly for the next two and a half years until 2009. No crawling occurred in 2009. Crawling resumed again in 2010 and it continued a similar amount until 2023 today.
