I typed in a keyword phrase into both domains (ukdevilz.com and noodlemagazine.com) to see if the results varied, and they returned content that was the same (the results had exactly the same videos in the same locations on the results pages). The two sites appear to be mirrors of each other. In my opinion, ukdevilz.com and noodlemagazine.com are likely to be owned by the same people or network. As an SEO professional, I would not advise them to do this and I’m not sure why they have chosen to have two sites that are the same on two separate domains. However, it could be to target different search engines/audiences.
