I found the homepage of zenporn.com to be original. There were more video thumbnails than average (6 per row and 18 complete thumbnails above the fold and another 6 half visible, for a total of 24 at least partly visible above the fold). Beneath the 10 rows of thumbnails (60 total), was a list of popular porn stars that also had featured images next to their names. The popular model’s thumbnails were a different shape to the category thumbnails and had more length which allowed the model’s bodies to be more visible in the image. Some of the models featured were names I knew and were some of the most popular in the industry while others I had not seen before when reviewing other sites. Sometimes the thumbnails for the popular models were of their younger selves and were pictures that I may not expect to find often on other sites. This could be done on purpose, similar to choosing to use an athlete’s rookie photo rather than when they were older, but beyond originality, I’m not able to guess why these pictures may have been chosen. The popular porn star’s pages often were extensive, filled with profiles and then the videos they were featured in below their profiles.

I was happy to have found ZenPorn. But it is somewhat of a search engine in that it shows the brand of the owner of the video in the bottom corner of the video. This brand is clickable and will open the original location of the video. This may be an ad networking opportunity or a link given back to the original source as is always expected when you borrow content. Either way, for me, I was happy using the site.
