What Is xvideos.com, and Is It Safe?

XVideos makes it easy to find videos you have watched before. However, it's not as good at showing you new videos that you may not have seen before. The search box is very effective. I'm not often interested in the videos it shows on the homepage, even though I can see it uses cookies to remember the types of categories I may be interested in. I find it is less useful for understanding the types of women I like to watch.

Xvideos is part of the holy trilogy along with PornHub and XNXX. Some people assume OnlyFans-type content has killed the porn studio industry, but traffic has remained the same for Xvideos over the last 10 years. All OnyFans did was reduce its growth rather than make it shrink. Moreover, Xvideos has been a beneficiary of AI. I have noticed that the video player on xvideos.com has been updated recently. On one of my computers, I need to click on the triangle when it's paused to unpause it. One of the features I never liked about the Xvideos.com video player was that if you click Pause, it shifts from the normal view to the full screen view, which means if you want to press Pause for the sake of fast forwarding a few milliseconds, you're constantly shifting between full screen and not full screen. You would think that after 20 years, the site owners would identify this issue and fix it rather than continue thinking it's a genius idea. It's not a genius idea. It's awful. We want to be able to click Pause without the video player jumping around. Otherwise, it forces us to make more clicks.

XVideos has an algorithm that makes it show me videos I would be interested in as soon as I visit the homepage. This makes it instantly ahead of its competition. I don't know if the algorithm is only using my history and because I have viewed XVideos more than other sites, it inevitably makes me happier, or if it's using various things for its algorithm. But I assume it pulls data from various sources (What I like and what other people with similar interests to me like to see) because it shows me models that I haven't looked at in years but who were some of the best of all time.

When I click Settings > Account > History, it stores my history even though I can't see where I'm logged into an account. Am I logged into an account? I can't see where I would be. But that would explain how they make it such a personalized experience.

Xvideos.com is the leading porn tube because it's the only one where pornstars will create accounts and upload content proudly by themselves. I see it on Pornhub to some extent, but it tends to be amateur models.

That acceptance of xvideos.com for model profiles as though it's another social profile for them is good news for the outlook of the original content that could be uploaded to xvideos.com in future.

Xvideos is the best. Its only competition is SpankBang. But Spankbang doesn't have a Live Cam section like Xvideos does. Most people use Chaturbate or CamSoda out of habit, but Xvideos has a very good live sex cam section that rivals those ones. They're not always just the same models as Chaturbate or CamSoda either.

I agree that xvideos is generally better than pornhub. However, amateur uploads are better on pornhub. I can find people's profiles who have uploaded their own content more often on pornhub than I do on xvideos. I've found numerous profiles that were worth bookmarking on pornhub, but I have never bookmarked anything on xvideos.
