Redfin is the next Zillow. Redfin has a good CEO (Glenn Kelman) who is active on social media and regularly does TV appearances on CNBC regarding the company's stock, etc. I couldn't tell you who Zillow's CEO is. I don't have a problem with Zillow, but it's clear Redfin is going to catch it.
