DESCRIPTION
When I analyzed recu.me, the homepage looked the same as the old recurbate.com. The video thumbnails were high quality and showed the total time each of the clips. It was common for me to say a clip length of between 45 minutes and 2 hours, meaning the clips on recu.me were considerably longer in length than the average adult clip site that I reviewed. When I clicked a video thumbnail, they opened the videos on a single post of the same domain (recu.me), meaning recu.me was an adult clip site. When I clicked to play the sex cam clips, it played briefly before pausing the video and forcing me to create an account and log in before I could watch the rest. I proceeded to create an account to test it. After signing up, it said, “Please confirm your email address in 24h or your account may be suspended.” I proceeded to click the link to confirm my email and it showed me that I had successfully created an account and that I was a subscriber to the Basic plan. Immediately, I knew that this likely meant I needed to pay money to watch videos. When I clicked to watch videos, I was blocked by a paywall and it told me I needed to upgrade to a premium subscription. I don’t recommend forcing users to create an account and then telling them after the account has been created that they need to upgrade to a premium account. Many people would not create an account if they knew that creating an account wouldn’t be enough to watch videos. Thus, you will lose user trust with this method. 3/20/2025

As of January 2025, recu.me has an estimated 5.619 million monthly views, according to Similar Web. The Wayback Machine estimates that recu.me was founded on December 11, 2023. The Internet Archive has saved recu.me 228 times between December 11, 2023 and March 17, 2025.
In 2024, recurbate.com was seized by chaturbate.com through legal intervention. The owners of recurbate.com then created recu.me and you should find the same content on the new domain.

Here, I analyzed recu.me for malware and malicious content to check if it was legit or a scam:
I checked recu.me on Sucuri, and it returned as a medium security risk.
The Sucuri scan showed that it failed on the homepage (http://recu.me/) due to a 403 Forbidden status which means that the server is purposefully blocking the scan from running.
I then ran a parasite scan with Unmask Parasites on recu.me, and it is clean.

2 days ago, recu.me showed a banner saying Recurbate Awards 2024, suggesting that it is owned by the same people behind Recurbate. There is a $28,000 prize fund for these awards.
You won't find any recu.me images in Google Images of models on the websites. I'm not sure why not. Most porn sites always index their images/videos so users can browse from the search engine images rather than only arrive via text links in search results or directly to the homepage.
Recu.me has good cam model archives and some of the videos are rarely found anywhere else. But yeah, you can't watch them for free, so this is not a site for most people. It's a niche site for the small percentage of people willing to take a gamble on content and pay for it. I find there's probably not enough videos in the archives of my favorite performers to justify becoming a premium member.
Curbate.tv is also a website associated with recurbate.com. I tried watching a fay_miller2 nude clip on curbate.tv and it didn't let unless I subscribed, so it is run like the other two (recurbate.com and recu.me) where you need to pay to watch. I wouldn't ever pay for these clips. They should be free with banner ads.
