When I analyzed letmejerk.com, it had high-quality image thumbnails that were well-edited. Each thumbnail had numerous features such as an HD icon for HD videos, the percentage of users who liked it, the number of views, and the total time of the video. I recommend adding more links than just the post title under the thumbnail to help increase the likelihood of users making a click and engaging in my content. One of the ways to do that is by showing the network name the video belongs to. The network name doubles as another way to aggregate content which is also helpful to users.
