DESCRIPTION
The homepage of scrolller.com showed a pinboard with large featured images. I did notice that some images were missing and said 18+ in their spaces. How did the site know I wasn’t 18+? I was never prompted to enter my age. These adult images may be available to subscribers only, but there was no mention of that. Generally, it wasn’t an adult pinboard. When I clicked on a featured image thumbnail, it opened the full-sized version of the image on the same webpage (still the homepage) and there was a lightbox that allowed me to scroll through the images without revisiting the featured thumbnails. When I hovered over a featured image on the homepage, it showed a link to the original publisher. During my visit, often the original publisher was the same publisher (ImaginaryPortals). When I clicked on the ImaginaryPortals link, it opened a profile page on the same domain (scrolller.com) rather than an external source. Many of the pictures were computer or AI-generated, though they were still impressive creations.
