At the top of the page is a search box to browse for videos or categories directly. I clicked on a video in the videos being watched section. The Bad: Pop up ads and video ads. Also some sick thumbnails I did not want to see mixed among otherwise beautiful women.
The Good: Some good niche categories such as Bodybuilder with muscle women and Abduction for those who have forced sex kinks.
Videos are often stamped with other brands. Videos can take a long time to load or not load at all. When I click out of videos, the tab can turn into an ad and the tab I want is now in another tab. Many of the videos can be quite disgusting (if that is what they mean by fetish). The videos can appear to load quickly sometimes, but then an ad takes over and when you click out to watch the real video, it is slow to load again.
