The first thing that stood out to me was that the design was ideal for my laptop. I didn't have to zoom in. I didn't want to zoom in at all. I also liked that there were 6 rather large and wide video thumbnails per row, which meant I got plenty of content above the fold. Straight away below the fold was a section for new videos, which is where I would want it. Some of them are usually appealing to me because of the cookies it uses to learn my interests. A lot of work goes into the related video sections beneath the video player, and I often find other good videos there that are of interest to me. Some of the links in the head section were affiliate links. Thankfully, they were all to the right of center, so you could get used to which ones would redirect you to another domain. In general, I think affiliate links should be labeled so the less experienced internet goers understand what is happening.
