When I analyzed baddiesonly.tv the video thumbnails on the homepage showed very good quality content and there were enough thumbnails to give users enough things to click. The homepage was split into three separate sections, each with an SEO-optimized title. That said, I recommend checking for keyword phrases that people are searching for and including some of those phrases in the titles of these sections to increase the chance of rankings for that content in search engines. Notably, the logo was in the top left of the head section and featured electric blue and purple colors which made the logo pop on the screen which I thought was wise in this case because the logo doubled as a Home link. The single post page with the video was single-column and the video player took up all of the width of the page. The related content was below the fold. I recommend including some internal links next to the video player or beneath it but slightly above the fold still, to help decrease the bounce rate. The site layout was very similar to baddies247.com.
