When I analyzed hanime.tv, there wasn’t much content above the fold but for a mission statement about what hanime.tv offers its users. When I scrolled below the fold, I could see the hentai thumbnails of the recently uploaded hentai videos. When I clicked on the video thumbnails, the videos on the single post page were high quality and the single post page features were also high quality. The single post had a sidebar with numerous related video thumbnails visible above the fold for users to click on, which is great to help increase user engagement as well as add trust to the domain. When users can see that a site cares about showcasing content above the fold rather than hiding it below the fold, it shows that it cares about the user experience and users begin to trust it more. It’s even better if you can make the web design look good. Every feature on the hanime.tv archive pages and single post pages looked great.
