With its powerful processor you can play high graphic games with easy and fast multitasking. Well LG put its official customized Android OS in its G Pad and is look pretty bad too. If you think the same as me, then you will get happy to know that I have some solution to this problem, No not any launcher better than that — a custom ROM. Custom ROM is customized Android OS specially for some purpose like to change the interface, performance or battery backup of the previous Android device.
These custom ROMs are made by some third-party developers that means these are not official OS so if you install these on your device then it may voids your device’s warranty. There are also some preparations and precautions to take before installing a custom ROM to any Android device, you can read all of them below.
- First all you need to root your LG G Pad 10.1 and install a custom recovery after it.
- How to Root LG G Pad 10.1, also read how to install custom recovery to it.
- Charge your phone sufficient enough, so it can easily go through the whole installation process.
- Make sure that you backup all of your important data because this installation process will wipe all the data stored on your phone’s memory, not the memory card or any external drive attached to the G Pad.
