When I analyzed w4nkr.com, the homepage video thumbnails opened the videos on the w4nkr.com single post, meaning w4nkr.com is a porn tube site. There was a category menu in the header section of the homepage and another left menu that also featured categories. The category menu in the head section included featured images for the more popular categories and only links for the less popular ones, which allowed for more keywords to fit into the menu.
