The homepage had lots of navigational choices. First I could choose between members, employers, brokers, and government market solutions. Each of the options would lead to a separate part of the site. The next menu included options such as finding a doctor, benefits, offers, eyewear and wellness, plan options, and shopping. If I remained in the default section, there were more options to choose such as finding a doctor, individual visual plans, special offers, and creating an account. Not much navigation was available without having created an account first. The rest of the homepage included numerous promotional information sections to learn what services vsp.com offered. Based on the navigational links, it seemed the site had a lot of content. The Facebook page had over 500K likes.
