DESCRIPTION

The homepage had a two-column blog layout with featured images that took up the entire post excerpt and had the post title beneath it.  I could click the featured image or the post title to open a single post. Inside the single post usually was a video at the top of the page followed by at least 4 images taken from the video that were some of the highlight moments taken from the footage. I recognized the movies that the clips were taken from. All the videos I saw were of Hollywood celebrities and the movies they had appeared in. I was surprised by how much traffic the site was getting, but it’s not unusual for what appears to be a basic blog design to get lots of traffic (see:thefappeningblog.com). It was notable that on the video player’s menu was a link to view “live sex cams.” I understood this to be an ad (e.g., it opened sites like chaturbate.com during my visit). I’d never seen ads inserted into the video player before. Beneath the video player on the single post was the actress’s name, the TV show or movie they appeared in, and the tags that describe the content. At the bottom of the single post were related videos that featured the same model as the one on the page. All features worked well; there were no annoying ads. I could browse by year or by show or actress. I found navigating videocelebs.net to be a pleasant experience: I could easily find the actress I searched for, check a clip that may appeal to me, and click on the video and pictures to load them quickly. It was notable how high-definition the images were and how I could zoom them in easily.
