When I analyzed uflash.tv, the content was closely related to the domain name which is good. When I clicked the thumbnails, the videos loaded quickly on the single post page. I liked the features that the video player had which included the chance for users to vote up and vote down the videos. There was also a rating next to the thumbs which was a concise way of showing what percentage of users had upvoted the video. The videos also showed how many views each video had received, how many times it has been favorited etc. There were many related videos beneath the video player which was also good for increasing the click-through rate. I recommend making sure that the related videos you put beneath the video player are closely related to the main content. Some of the videos were questionable.
