DESCRIPTION

The homepage of squareup.com said it was powering all of the ways I do business. There were three pictures along with this slogan: the first I couldn’t figure out but it has a Square logo on top of the device in a hand, the second was of an all-in-one desktop computer or tablet on a stand, and the third picture was a person using their phone to swipe a credit card over it. The impressive I got was that squareup.com was about consumer spending and consumption in general. I know that squareup.com changed its company name to Block Inc and that it invests in cryptocurrency. I don’t recommend they call themselves Block because most people will think they are a blockchain company since most people associate them with cryptocurrency. In my opinion, one of squareup.com’s main competitors is PayPal. When I freelance write, I get paid via PayPal rather than Block Inc. I know most people still do, and PayPal is so widely chosen that you generally don’t get a choice even if you request a change from your employer.
