Remove (remove.bg) is a site for removing backgrounds from images.
ALTERNATIVES
Similar sites to Remove include Removal AI, PicWish, Canva, PhotoRoom, and Photopea.
DESCRIPTION
The homepage shows an example picture of a woman holding a pot plant and demonstrates how her background can be erased. To the right of this picture example is a button to upload images. From the same button, I could also paste images or a URL. I proceeded to upload an image from my computer. It automatically erased the background for me. I could add a new background by uploading another picture or adding effects. Some of the effects include blurring the background, adding a shadow, and changing the opacity. I clicked the “done” button when it was completed and the “download” button to download the image file to my computer. 6/17/2024
