I wasn’t able to understand the terminology used in the domain name, nor was I able to guess what the idea behind it was when assessing the homepage of porngur.com. Some of the thumbnails above the fold were not thumbnails I would predict to be popular content. Could it be a site that appeals to a fetish or a minority of users? Could that be related to the meaning of “gur” in this context? When I scrolled below the fold, the content was more typical at times of what I would expect of a porn search engine. I did not recognize any of the videos used in the thumbnails, which suggests they are recent videos taken from other networks. Some watermarks were visible in the thumbnails which is not usual for a porn search engine. The videos featured in the category thumbnails often were located on the second file within the category. They would open in other domains such as maturetubehere.com. I was familiar with and trusted the domains they linked to on the pages I tested. I could imagine users being happy with the user experience on porngur.com and the videos they found compiled from other domains.
