DESCRIPTION
The homepage of hottorrent.org looked like a porn tube site rather than a torrent site: there were porn video thumbnails, each with details about the videos featured on top of them. All thumbnails on the homepage were related to porn videos—is that the “hot” in hot torrent? However, when I clicked on a thumbnail, it opened a single post where the file for the video could be downloaded. The single post page on hottorrent.org did look like a standard torrent site. The single post reminded me of ThePirateBay and other well-known torrent sites; however, I found it very difficult to find the download link on hottorrent.org for the torrent file and I don’t have issues on leading torrent sites. For instance, I find the download button very easily on ThePirateBay.

Hottorrent seems a fairly new site as some of the tags returned no content. But I like the general idea. It appears to be an adult torrent site rather than just a torrent site, as I only found porn. But the idea of showing what appears to be a porn tube layout with links that will download as torrents to a torrent client is useful to those who want to download the movies. I'm not sure how popular an idea this will turn out to be. Most people don't have enough technical knowledge to reduce the files on a hard drive, and the last thing they need is files downloaded to their computers. Thus, this is more of a niche site for those who know they want to download the files of the movies they watch. Since it is called a torrent site in its name, that should be fine.
