CamCaps is a good cam clip site. The site itself looks the same as camcaps.to, though I don't know if the vidoes are the same. Presumably the domains are owned by the same people but the videos are of different content, but I'm not sure.
The videos are almost identical. The homepages appear different but you'll find the same videos via the search box. The sites may be viewed as mirror sites thus far. Why they're doing that, I'm not sure. I would guess that they're owned by the same people and deploying different SEO strategies on the technical side to see which one performs better, though if you have two sites with the same content, presumably the one published second will inevitably decline in search results. There is speculation that videos are ranked differently from written content, so things may not be as straightforward in the eyes of Google with videos.
