When I analyzed atarasii.com, the homepage above the fold was vastly different from what I expected to find. The content was offset to the left side of the screen. There was a search box above the fold and some circular buttons above it representing various categories. Beneath the search box were some notes. The top one mentioned how the webmaster had “moved the server and rebuilt the system.” When I scrolled past the blog posts, I found the latest articles featuring the hentai manga. I recommend having at least some of the hentai manga above the fold so users know they’re on the right domain, as there was little for me to guess what the domain was about when I was above the fold. The category names themselves were not suggestive of hentai or manga (Ranking, Tag Author, random, My Page, etc). The single post pages with the hentai manga had the same layout as the archives, where I had to scroll considerably down the page before I got to the manga. 3/12/2025
