There was some confusion when Google and Motorola announced the Moto X last month. They announced the carriers it would be worth including the likes of U.S cellular (which it was just introduced yesterday mind you), AT&T, Verizon and Sprint. This left a few people scratching their heads, including us because there are still some big names there which have been conveniently left out. Why is that? It’s a question which none of us could answer until now.

Yesterday, on the official Motorola Website a Moto X popped on for sale from T-mobile for $599. That’s interesting because T-Mobile were the exact carrier, we were waiting for. What makes this even more interesting is that the site shows it currently as out of stock. There is no information on when it can be expected to be back in stock, or exactly what is going on. What we do know, however, is that the T-Mobile version will be exclusively sold by Motorola themselves. Details of the deal between the two companies is not yet known.

Update: The only version which is being currently shown as out of stock now is the black mobile.
