You might be familiar with the Xperia T3, a device that looks a lot any other in the Xperia range but is only 7mm thick. Right now we NIL that the iPhone 6 could be as big as 5.5-inches, putting it half an inch bigger than the current HTC One M8 and 0.4-inches bigger than the current Samsung Galaxy S5. But what if this new iPhone 6 concept that shows 6mm thickness came true?
We wouldn’t normally have thought such a size would be possible because the S5 is 8.1mm thick, and the M8 is even wider again with 9.35 inches. However, after seeing Sony make a 7mm mid-range smartphone why can’t this concept be real? A flagship iPhone isn’t a mid-range device. It needs more hardware so it is considered top-end, and this is one reason it might not work. Extra hardware means a bigger body required. The Cupertino company not only want to produce a flagship, but the plan on being the best flagship every single year.

Don’t act as though we aren’t surprised and shocked from time to time with what the company as big as Apple can do. Siri amazed us; the original iPhone we thought was possible and the fruit company have been on a dry spell lately leading us to believe that the next big thing is just around the corner.
This dummy iPhone 6 shows a 5.0-inch physical display with a screen resolution of 2271 x 1280 and a pixel density of 522pp1. Don’t be surprised if Apple does manage to come up with something similar although they have relied on different technology in the past that doesn’t necessarily give off huge looking specs. Something in this range of specs would put it next to the Quad HD G3, and we have started to see the pixel density reach into the 500’s also. Half of this is all about timing, and it seems as though the iPhone will come at a time when we NIL the new technology implemented, unlike Samsung and HTC at the start of the year that were more packing in existing technology into new flagships. We just saw the Vogue Edition come out from the Taiwanese manufacturer and now Sammy are all but confirmed to be making the Galaxy F originally pinned as the S5 prime.

Anyhow, let’s get back to this mock-up and finish the specs. It also has antenna breaks, a 3.5mm Aux Jack, IR Blaster, landscape stereo speakers, a dedicated FaceTime camera with 5 megapixels and 1080p recording for the front-facing snapper and a two-toned LED flashlight on the back shooter. It also has a length of 136.7mm, width of 66.5mm and some extra footage of how it compares with the iPhone 5S and the Galaxy S5.
