DESCRIPTION
When I analyzed linkvertise.com, the homepage showed a feed. Notably, the titles in the excerpts were not clickable; the hyerlinks were the pictures and small orange buttons beneath the excerpt title. I recommend making the archive titles clickable through to the single post to imcrease the chances of users making a click which will help decrease the bounce rate. If you don’t have enough clickable links/fewer clickable links than average, it can make the content feel too enclosed/locked in which can make users feel like they’re trapped and need to escape. Thus, you always want to have hyperlinks on the website features that users expect to be hyperlinks.

Is linkvertise.com Safe?
Here, I analyzed linkvertise.com for malware and malicious content to check if it was legit or a scam:
I checked linkvertise.com on Sucuri, and it returned as a medium security risk.
Our Sucuri scan could not run because of a 403 Forbidden error on http://linkvertise.com/ because the web server has chose nto restrict access to malware scanners.
Security hardening flaws:
- Missing
Strict-Transport-Security
security header:
https://linkvertise.com/
https://linkvertise.com/404javascript.js
I then ran a parasite scan with Unmask Parasites on linkvertise.com, and it was clean.
I also checked linkvertise.com on VirusTotal, and it was flagged as malicious by Seclookup; it also as a considerably negative community score (minus 14).
Further, linkvertise.com passed all blocklist engines on URLVoid.
In conclusion, with an index score of 4.8, we graded linkvertise.com as suspicious. The linkvertise.com web server likely is choosing to restrict access to some of our scans from running, and Seclookup has flagged linkvertise.com as malicious. Though linkvertise.com had a community score well below average, you have to take into account the type of services the site offers. We think the negative community score is likely related to users who were unhappy about payments. There is no evidence in the technical scans of linkvertise.com being a scam; however, the community score tells us that some users have left the service dissatisfied. OVERALL GRADE: Suspicious.
