A new filing publicly available to see shows that T-Mobile should become the next Smartphone carrier that will end up with Google and Motorola’s new phone set to be revealed today — the Moto G. The files we speak of are of course none other than the important FCC ones.

It’s all a bit confusing at the moment. This was their second bit of work together after the Moto X. They always said that they would be bringing a cheaper version to the international markets that missed out on the X phone. Now this G phone is a cheaper Moto X, however, they are ready to release it around America before anywhere else. Go figure. It all leads us to believe that this will be a separate project all together to the one we are thinking of that was supposed to hit international shores. They just didn’t do a very good job at marketing it that way with their choice of words.

It is generally the bigger mobile carriers that get to shop the new phone’s first for many reasons, so this isn’t a really big shock to the system. With that being said, there is a lot more than one big names, so if T-Mobile is a group you would consider, you’ll be happy to know they look like getting it second on the list.

T-Mobile is one of the biggest prepaid carriers in the world, with two-thirds of their sales going directly to that side of things. Recently shoppers have started understanding buying these phone’s outright directly from Google because they sell them cheaper than what any phone holder does. This could be a contributing factor and more of a request the big T to be ahead of the game that Google doesn’t really need to be a part of.

The filing is for the model numbers XT1032, XT1033, XT1034, XT1035, and XT1036.
