Samsung are now in the middle of rolling out the latest XXLSU Jelly Bean Android 4.1.2 official firmware for the old school S2 I9100P. The update originally started hitting devices nearly a week ago now according to reports. With that news, a big chunk of you have probably received it in your settings if you are from any one of the number of countries in Europe it was being dished out. If not, you can expect it over the next 2 weeks maximum I would say.

It isn’t always about losing patience when it comes to installing firmware manually, however, so for those of you who need the file direct you can get it at the bottom of this page.

Many major countries around Europe got this including, Belgium, France, Spain, UK, Austria, Hungary and more.

Unlike the other firmware, we have covered today, the XXLSU does actually have some new features along with it. You can also find bug fixes and system stability improvements inside. There has also been some talk of new application features in this upgrade.

This official firmware is only to be installed on the Samsung Galaxy S2 I9100P and not any other mobile or tablet.

If you are a first time installer, you will need a guide to follow. For those of you who are familiar with the installation process, simply grab the direct file below and install it via ODIN.
