Android is renowned for producing easily rootable devices, but even for Android, this APK file format has got to be one of the easiest out of them all. You should have no trouble at all following this tutorial.

Before you begin. you will need to make sure you have the ASUS USB drivers. You may have this already if you use the device regularly, in which case you can skip this step. This is necessary to connect the device to the computer.

Step 1. Go to the XDA link here and download yourself the copy of  SparkyRoot.

Step 2. Once you have downloaded and installed SparkyRoot run it and then click on step 1, -> Exploit.

Step 3. Next Click step 2 -> open the ASUS App Backup tool, followed by backing up all of your apps.

Step 4. After backing them up return to this app and click step 3 -> Install SuperUser.This will now install the SuperUSer application for you.

Step 5. Last but not least, well it may be least this time, click step 4 cleanup-> and your officially done.
