There is much debate in recent years over what is the perfect screen size for a mobile phone. At the end of the day, the reality is that people’s opinions on this matter will always vary. There are several reasons for this. The biggest of them all is quite simply put: we all have different needs in life, therefore or wants are going to be different. It begs the question, why are we arguing at all then?
Now, thanks to the new feature that will be on board the new Galaxy Note 3, there will be no more reason to argue because Samsung seem to have decided to put a rest to the conversation. Now they have put a new mode on the phone that will let users switch over to a smaller screen, if they should wish to do that. This will be smaller in size when compared to the standard one it is setup with add default. The standard one has been deemed by many as being quite large when in comparison to its direct competition with other brand names.
When the new mode is in use, it will shrink the screen so that it is only using the bottom left hand side of the phone. The top of the new size will reach about 2/3 way up the original amount and the new width will stretch roughly just over half way. This will be interchangeable depending on your preference. It does have the ability to move around to all corners of the phablet and not just be limited to the bottom left area. This is handy if you are left handed instead of right handed.
The Galaxy Note 3 comes with a 5.7 inch screen, and as a result can be quite a handful to reach across the entire surface region.
Phablets have always had this problem, however, they have had a different way of getting around it. Up until now you used to have the option to just move everything like the controls and keyboard over to one side, thus making it easier to use with one hand.
The new feature will be called “use for all screens” and will be available as soon as you open the box.
