The Lenovo Vibe X2 comes with one of the most attractive press renders out of all devices during late 2014. The device is just as nice in the hand too, with a traditional Lenovo design, shape and feel. Under the hood, the Lenovo Vibe X2 comes with a MediatTek MT6595m True8Core chip-set system chip, capable of handling gaming well. Gaming wasn’t on the mind of the Lenovo developers this time, however, as the vibe X2 lacks support for any MicroSD card and doesn’t offer any additional storage space.
It does come with 32 GB of built-in storage space. It comes with the unique VIBE 2.0 UI running Android 4.4 KitKat out of the ox but has later seen the Android 5.0 Lollipop update. It’s not yet know if this handset will find Android 6.0 Marshmallow available via any OTA update later in the year or during 2016. If you are shopping around late 2015 and thinking about buying the Vibe X2, that might be something to consider since this isn’t the device you will find many custom ROMs available to update the operating system to Marshmallow.
