The homepage of camwhores.video was reminiscent of the other official CamWhores sites, so my first thought was that this probably was one of the official domains for the brand. My next thought was is it just a mirror of one of the existing CamWhores sites, so I compared it with the other CamWhores domains I know such as camwhores.tv. The first thing I noticed was that the browser tab on the camwhores.video did have the camwhores.tv link featured in it which made me think that it probably was going to be a mirror site. I then typed a cam model’s name into the search box on both sites to compare their content and they were indeed exact matches: the content was the same which means they are mirror sites. What is the point of a brand setting up an exact mirror site such as this? That is a question I’m still figuring out myself.

I have some evidence that CamWhores TV and CamWhores Video are run by the same people. When I visited both sites yesterday, I could tell that they had both been updated because the sites looked more modern even though the web design was otherwise the same. It is hard to describe, but I can see when the code has received a big upgrade because it overall looks different and more modern. But that wasn't the only thing. When I browsed for a model's content (JuliaLiones), none of her videos in her library would play. Because I suspected that both web designs had been updated, I decided to check the other site to see if the JuliaLiones content would load, and it wouldn't load there either. So both archives of videos for the same model were down/not working on the same day. They have to be run by the same people.
It's exactly the same as camwhores.tv. They stopped uploading vids of my favorite cam models. I don't have much interest in their current direction. I feel most people feel the same. Maybe the models they're uploading today are models they know want to be uploaded. A lot of the videos are still always set to private. So it might also be related to this.
