How to Hard Reset Sony Xperia XA1 G3123
You can hard reset the Sony Xperia XA1 G3123 smartphone using the Xperia Companion app or from the Backup & Reset section of the Settings app. We recommend using the Settings app first and only using the Companion app when you cannot get access to your Settings app. So, here is how to hard reset via the settings:
1. With the Hard Reset Sony Xperia XA1 turned on, head to Settings > Backup & Reset.
Note: You should take a backup here before resetting if you want to restore the data you have on the smartphone now after you hard reset. The hard reset will wipe all data so restoring from a backup is the only way to get it back again.
2. Tap Factory data reset > Reset phone.
3. Tap Erase everything.
Wait for the screen to show the Android operating system is restarting and then sign in to your Google account. Once you are signed in, you will need to restore the data you had previously from a backup.
