If you are one of the many people that own an Android device which doesn’t yet have an official upgrade to the 4.2.2 firmware, fear not because the CyanogenMod team have managed to come out with a CM 10.1.3 build which is based off of the 4.2.2 version — keeping in mind that CyanogenMod is a Custom ROM, of course.

It will come with everything that last years up to date Android had on board, along with a few hidden extra bits and pieces to go along with it, according to the official CyanogenMod team’s blog post. The extras they are talking about are the Privacy Guard and SELinux features which some of you might be familiar with from the previous nightly builds previously available.

1.3 is obviously based off of the.1 ROM version. What you might not know, however, is that if you already previously upgraded your device to the 10.2 then you will have to do a complete wipe to be able to hook you up with this version again.
