Unrooting your Samsung Galaxy J5 should help you resolve any software related issues and it should reinstate the warranty as well. When you root your device, what happens is that you open doors for the custom developments to come to your device, and it often causes issues when not used properly. Unrooting solves that issue for you and lets you get your device back to the factory state.
Here’s how you can unroot your Samsung Galaxy J5:
Files You Need
1. A Windows based computer is a must for this tutorial.
2. Download and install Samsung USB drivers on your computer, if they aren’t already installed.
3. Download Stock ROM for the SM-J500F to your computer. It is the ROM that will be installed on your device.
4. Download Odin to your computer. It should let you flash the ROM on your device.
5. This only works for the SM-J500F device.
