With thanks to XDA-Developers comes this new HTC One X+ all-in-one toolkit. The new toolkit lets the user root and unlock the boot loader for the mobile. The new toolkit comes from XDA member hasoon 200 who has been involved with many tool kits to date so you know you are in reliable hands.
If you were into the original HTC One X then you without a doubt like the more advanced HTC One X+. If you have already purchased the phone and like to customize your Android devices then check out this toolkit that lets you do just about everything you could possibly want to do to your phone. This toolkit provides people with an all-in-one place to grab everything they need so you don’t need to spend extra time searching around. It also creates an easier platform to work with making the job less stressful.
As is the case with many of these toolkits, you will have to have a Windows PC to use it. It is one of the only downfalls of the toolkits. In saying that, they are still by far and away the most popular computers in households so hopefully you can get your mitts on one to get the job done. If you plan on waiting for a Mac or Linux toolkit, I can advise you not to bother. Hasoon 2000 has clearly stated that he has no plans to ever release this toolkit for either a Mac or Linux, so if you don’t have a PC best start looking around early.
With the tool kit, you will be able to root, unlock boot loader, flash kernels, and install recoveries such as ClockWorkMod recovery.
