The Gallant E350 is a fantastic offering from the computer manufactures. It comes pre-loaded with Androids 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and as far as mid cost smartphones go, is fairly impressive. Before you begin:

  • Ensure your device has at least 75% battery left so as not to interrupt the rooting process.
  • You are using a PC running Windows.
  • You have installed the correct USB drivers for your device on your PC.
  • You have USB debugging is switched on. To achieve this simply go to ‘Menu’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Applications’ > ‘Development’ > ‘USB Debugging’ and make sure it is switched on.

Root Acer Liquid Gallant E350

Step 1. First download the following file: Root Tool

Step 2. Once downloaded, extract the .zip and save it to your desktop.

Step 3. Using your device’s USB, connect the Liquid Gallant E350 to your PC.

Step 4. From your desktop, open the folder you extracted the .zip file to. Located the Runme.bat file and double-click on it to launch it.

Step 5. From the application screen, select the ‘Normal Mode’ option then follow the onscreen prompts.

Step 6. Be patient while your device is being rooted. It will reboot when it is done.
