Ev leaks is quietly putting the rest of the leak site to shame this year and that trend has continued on today. This time they have relayed out the name of the new Nokia Lumia 1320 which has been supposedly given to them by, we can only assume, a Windows Phone employee in the know. The name given to this mobile is the Nokia Batman according to the source.
There is not any other information to go along with this leak, like why on earth have they decided on the name batman. Could it be a special edition only phone brought out with the next Batman movie which is in production? It’s certainly possible at this stage.
If we were to go on history, then that most likely is the case, as the company have let out the Nokia 800 and 900 both is the support of the previous Batman movies. The 800 one was only produced in very small numbers, not intended for public sale at all.
Only time will tell if fans of the superhero will get a chance to own this one that could be on the way.
From what we know, the Lumia 1320 will come out as a Windows Phone 8 mobile operating system. It will have a 6.0-inch display, 720 x 1280 pixels screen resolution, 245 ppi pixel density, IPS LCD display technology, scratch-resistant glass and a polarizing filter to go with the usual light sensor and proximity sensor.
The hardware provides a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 system chip, Dual core, 1700 MHz, Krait 300 processor, Adreno 305 graphics processor, 1024 MB RAM system memory and 8 GB internal storage space.
In addition, the camera dishes out 5 megapixels on the rear and a front-facing 0.3 megapixel VGA snapper. That is not impressive, but it does have extra features including Touch to focus, Autofocus, Face detection, Digital zoom, Geo tagging, Exposure compensation and a 1080p HD Camcorder.
