3. Click and drag the Settings folder to the location you want to store the MSN Weather backup. For instance, you may want to click and drag it to the desktop or to a USB thumb drive which can be viewed from File Explorer’s This PC section [once the USB drive is plugged into the PC].
4. To restore the MSN Weather app, copy and paste the following address into the File Explorer address bar:
