You can back up and restore the Alarms & Clock app in File Explorer in Windows 10. Here is how to do that:
1. Open the File Explorer app.
2. Do steps a or b depending on which method you prefer:
a. Using File Explorer’s address bar, copy and paste the following address:
%LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsAlarms_8wekyb3d8bbwe
b. You can also navigate to the same location manually in File Explorer by clicking through to This PC > Users > Your Username > AppData > Local > Packages > Microsoft.WindowsAlarms_8wekyb3d8bbwe.
3. Click and drag the Settings folder to the location you want to backup to. For example, you could click and drag the Settings folder to the desktop. Or, if you prefer, you could connect a USB thumb drive, open a new File Explorer window, and then drag and drop the Settings folder to the USB thumb drive visible under This PC.
4. If you want to restore the Settings folder, open File Explorer again and copy and paste the following into File Explorer’s address bar:
%LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsAlarms_8wekyb3d8bbwe\Settings
