Netflix started to allow downloads but some people still want to be able to convert their Netflix downloads into other file types such as MP4 and MKV with HD/FHD video quality. The AudFree Netflix Video Downloader 1.0.0 app lets you do it with fast speed.
WHAT IT IS
AudFree Netflix Video Downloader lets you download small clips or entire movies and TV shows found on Netflix and change the video file type to be more easily used on your computer. Once you create an account on AudFree Netflix Video Downloader, you can sign in, alter your output settings, find the Netflix movies you want to download and then download the video files onto your Windows computer.
DESCRIPTION
The AudFree Netflix Video Downloader 1.0.0 interface showed me an app that was labeled as AudFree Netflix Video Downloader 1.0.0 in the toolbar section, but the domain in the URL was Netflix. When I entered my email, I was pinged by Netflix and they wanted me to create a Netflix account. So before I could download any movies, I needed an official Netflix account. I was able to become a standard or premium Netflix user and still use this app. I chose to become a standard user for less than $8. From inside my Netflix account, I clicked Menu and set up my video parameters for downloading. It is here where the AudFree Netflix Video Downloader is useful for changing the file type and other parameters such as video encoding, video quality audio channel, audio language, subtitle type, and subtitle language. I then went to the Netflix menu and browsed for the movie files that I wanted to download. I then clicked on the Download button beneath the video player to download the video on my computer.
CONCLUSION AND DOWNLOAD LINK
I couldn’t work out if AudFree Netflix Video Downloader was operated by Netflix or not. If it wasn’t, I would assume these features to become available in the future because they’re necessary. You need to be able to adjust all of these common video parameters before you download because some people want to download the files with subtitles and others want to adjust the quality of the file so it can be cast to devices etc. It felt like this was run by Netflix to me, but if not, then the developers deserve credit for what they have set up. If it is run by Netflix, why does it need a separate app?

Usually when a new app is installed on my computer, it puts its icon at the bottom of the list of the rest of my icons on the desktop. However, the AudFree Netflix Video Downloader app icon pushed its way to the top of my list of icons and shoved the rest of them down. That's really unusual. I've never seen an app do that before. But I could tell that it pushed the other app icons down on purpose because it wanted to put itself into the top position for more marketing and clicks. I soured on this app after witnessing such tomfoolery.

Editor’s Note:
When I turned my computer on the following day, the AudFree Netflix Video Downloader interface was already open and I couldn’t click on the X to close it. There was a small dialog box in front of the interface that said a new update was available. Installing it was seemingly the only method of getting the update off of my computer’s display. I am Ok with that, but why was AudFree Netflix Video Downloader giving me a free trial when a new update was coming out? Perhaps the two are related, but it means my review was mostly a waste of time.
