You can customize or boost your phone’s performance. Perform this installation process carefully or you may ended up with your phone bricked up.

Rooting your phone is an illegal process and doing this will takes away your phone’s warranty and next time you have to pay for any help for your phone because rooting is a risky process and may brick your phone if not done properly. Google and HTC also don’t recommend this process to do with your phone. So root your phone at your own risk.

Backup all of your important data from your phone to any safe place so you won’t lose them in this process if anything goes wrong. Sync your contacts to your Google account so you can have them back after this process. Backup media files like photos, videos and music stored on your phone to your PC or any other external drive.

You need a Windows-based PC, your phone with boot loader unlocked and a USB cable to connect your phone to PC. Enable USB debugging on your phone and make sure that your phone should have at least 70% battery left on it so your phone won’t get off during this process as it may brick your phone.

Steps to root HTC Desire 510

  1. First you have to download and install MobileGo software to your PC.
  2. Now launch Mobile GO software from desktop.
  3. Connect your phone to your PC and after your phone has been detected by MobileGo software, click on one click root button.
  4. Wait for some time and you will see a pop up with and android logo saying that your phone has been rooted.

Your phone is now successfully rooted now and you can check root access on your phone by installing any root checker app on your phone.
