We recently saw the release of the Nexus 7 tablet which was a huge success. Now we have word that there will be a Nexus 10 tablet also which should be brought out pretty soon. It is a collaboration between Google and Samsung, and as the naming goes, this one will be 3 inches bigger than the last. Buyers can also expect the price to go up accordingly and the companies can expect less of them to sell. This is the way of the Tablet.
Arguably, that is why the Nexus 7 version was brought out sooner and also the feature event of the summer. The 7 was known as being really good value for the price tag given. That could also boost sales of anything that comes out next. One thing is for sure is that it will be receiving maximum attention.

As of today, nobody knows what the specifications will be on the new device. However, we do have an opportunity to fill you in on the previous 10 which came out last year.
Last years had a 10.1 inch screen, equipped with the Super PLS TFT display. It was Wi-Fi only with support for Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, DLNA standards. There was two Cortex A15 cores clocked at 1.7 GHz and Mali T604 GPU. There were also MicroUSB slots 2.0 and dual stereo speakers.
We know that this tablet comes with Android 4.2 jelly Bean out of the box and has seen 4.2.1, 4.2.2, 4.3, 4.4 and 4.4.2 KitKat updates since then roll out over the air. It comes with 2560 x 1600 pixels screen resolution, 300 ppi pixel density, True RGB Real Stripe PLS technology and the light sensor. In addition the camera comes with 5 megapixels on the rear and 1.9 megapixels on the front. The hardware boasts a Samsung Exynos 5 system chip, Dual core, 1700 MHz, ARM Cortex-A15 processor, ARM Mali-T604 graphics processor and 2048 MB RAM system memory.
