There were leaks of this build being out way back on the 22nd of this month. I have no clue about how that came about. Then there were rumors about it being delayed, which it was. Now, though, iOS 7 beta 4 is officially out.

Things are really starting to get down to the business end now as we are almost set for the last proper release of iOS 7, and it seems like things have improved vastly since the first dilemmas. As is so often the case, you obviously have to take any beta’s with a grain of salt as they are always bug riddled. It’s more about spotting potential and not spotting current faults.

It’s been 6 weeks since we saw therelease of the Beta 3 which had improved a lot since the beta 2 in its own right. You can probably add the same difference and then some when accessing how much progress was made between this and the last. 6 Weeks is a long time and it shows. Having said that, things are still far from perfect so don’t be expecting perfection if you choose to go ahead and download it.

Opinions are still very much up in the air for most as they are only still coming to grips with the changes and getting a proper feel for it. You can probably expect a lot more talk around the web about how it is over the coming 24 hour period. If you want to hold off until then nobody will blame you. You will be missing out on part of the fun though, as most enjoy the rawness and checking out a fresh build release.

These beta’s always come with a warning along the likes of ‘don’t install this on your daily phone’. It’s never a good idea.

You can download it from the Dev’s center.

Update: It’s the cleanest version yet. Many of the system crashes and bugs have been removed. Now you can browse very smoothly compared to the last build.
