You can hard reset the Alcatel Onetouch 1066G feature phone using the hardware buttons rather than its software. Here is how to do that:

1. With the Alcatel Onetouch 1066G turned off, press and hold Power + #.

2. When you see the All data will be lost continue? message, tap Yes.

3. Wait for the screen to say Formatting flash, please wait….

4. Wait for the feature phone to reboot.
