What Is Imgur.com?

Imgur.com is an image hosting and sharing website. It was founded by Alan Schaaf in 2009. Many people use Imgur to find images instead of using search engines like Google for images. Most images on Google aren’t free to use whereas the images uploaded to Imgur can be used by others. Imgur.com also allows for comments beneath the images, creating a social experience for new images that get uploaded to the site.
