If you are developing on the Windows operating system, you may need to install the Samsung SM-M135F USB driver.
The Samsung OEM released its own USB driver for Windows that you can install.
Alternatively, there is also a universal ADB driver which some people prefer using. The universal ADB driver is popular because it’s simple to look up and you know if has your drivers inside.
If you wanted, you could also look up the processor in your Samsung smartphone and download the driver for it instead.
Note that for regular Android users, when you connect to the Windows computer, the drivers are automatically installed for you. It’s only developers who sometimes need to install the drivers.
