Which website is the peer that suggests this site is using rogue software? I have seen some screenshots but don’t know how real they are. It seems maybe months ago that some users were seeing rogue software via smartphone browsing. But I think that is now cleared up.
1stkissmanga has become increasingly popular for Manga. It could be that once upon a time they were using ads from untrustworthy ad networks. But this seems to be untrustworthy third-party sources creating the problems that they weren’t aware of. I have been using 1stkissmanga for months without any problems.

I have seen that screenshot, but it’s not the domain I was thinking of. A big banner in Bing says “Not Safe” when referring to the 1stkissmanga.tv domain. And the domain that claims it is unsafe is malware-guide.com.
When most people see Bing offer a large banner notice like that, they will assume it’s Bing validating the notion that the 1stkissmanga.tv domain isn’t safe. But my knowledge as a web admin tells me that Bing is just pulling that data from the domain it thinks has the best content. And I’m not really intimidated by that domain. I feel my knowledge and expertise can match it, and I have given my review on 1stkissmanga.tv with a contradicting view. But as mentioned, it could be that the 1stkissmanga.tv was unsafe previously and has cleared up its issues. And those issues may have been occurring because the web admins at 1stkissmanga.tv were accidentally displaying malware through third parties that they weren’t aware of. This is common and is most often rectified when the web admin starts to notice the malware themselves when they visit their own domain. But perhaps some malware is designed to hide from some webmasters which could be a reason for the delay.
