Your LG G Pro 2 should now be rooted, and you can now go ahead and get your phone loaded with your favourite root-requiring apps.

What most users do after rooting their phone is load tons of apps on their phones without realizing that doing so can cause the phone to slow down, which you will definitely not like to do. So, to avoid the slow down, make sure you go slowly, install a few apps at a time and see how they work for you. Also, keep in mind that root-requiring apps have access to the system files on the phone, so they can even brick your phone. While using these root-requiring apps, make sure you do not go too much beyond a normal limit or it will become difficult for you to get back to the stock condition.

So, that was about what you could get after rooting your phone. You would also be glad to know that you can even flash a custom recovery on your phone when you are rooted. Yes, a custom recovery lets you change the entire OS on your phone for a new and better experience. You can follow our how to install a custom recovery on the LG G Pro 2 tutorial to learn how you can flash a custom recovery on your phone.
